Almost 90 per cent of Canadians aged 25 to 65 say they would like to be more physically active, but more than half report they either don’t have the time or are too tired to act on their good intentions according to a recent Ipsos Reid survey conducted for the Canadian Chiropractic Association. “These findings tell us Canadians need help getting past the barriers to regular physical activity,” says Dr. Annette Bourdon. “That’s why the profession is launching Fit-in 15: The 15 minute fitness habit, a free public education website aimed at helping sedentary Canadians get a habit started with 15 minutes a day.”... >more
